Consultation: Please refer to below three options for product consultation,

1. QQ Online consultation: Monday - Friday, (except statutory holidays); or

2. Online message consultation: Service staff will reply within 1 working day; or

3. Email consultation: the email address is hdcsales@huidacollection.cn. Service staff will reply within 1 working day once email received.

Order: Please add the product to the shopping cart, fill in the relevant information on the shopping cart page and submit the order.

Payment: Our service staff will confirm the order information with you once PO received, and provide our bank account. Payment via T.T. would be preferable. Please kindly be noted that all charges related with bank wire transfer charges will be born by the buyer.

Delivery: Delivery will be organized once payment received. Please refer to Shipping Policy for detailed arrangement.
