It is similar to amphotericin B with anti-filamentous fungi activity (MIC 0.1-12.5 μg/mL), and it also has effect on oomycetes, but has no antibacterial activity. The antifungal activity of cis-trans isomer is similar, the activity of Haliangicin B and C is weaker than Haliangicin A, and the activity of Haliangicin D is weakest.
