It is a terpenoid antibiotic produced by Cochliobulus miyabeanus and has four components A, B, C and D. A, B, C have anti-gram-positive bacteria, mycobacteria and fungi, and have a strong inhibitory effect on some plant pathogens. D has a weak inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus.
