Napyradiomycin B1 is an antibiotic produced by Chainia rubra MG802-AF1. It has anti-gram-positive bacteria and mycobacterial activity.All components were resistant to gram-positive bacteria (including multi-dose resistant bacteria) and to mycobacteria, but almost none to gram-negative bacteria and fungi. IC50 (μg/mL) of leukemia L-1210 cells were A1 2.7, B1 2.2, C1 9.2.
